The second last track on Chariots of Fire is "Jerusalem", which is of course in IGUN, but it's not exactly Vangelis. It's Vangelis's arrangement of a famous hymn by Parry. The catalogue number is D2003T and the records are new, unplayed, and in the original picture sleeves. The KLF record label is yellow. I have one of the records on my desk here but I don't have my old original to compare it with, since that is at my parents' house (the sleeve is identical, for sure). However, I trust the shop, and do not for one moment believe that anybody has ever bothered bootlegging this record! These copies have simply been sat in the shop's store room fo 11 years (and boy can I remember the time when they had original Shag Times and so on!). It's not very often you get the chance to purchase clearly genuine new KLF vinyl, and certainly not anything by Disco 2000. I wasn't sure whether to buy all of them or just one, so I went for the latter. Therefore IF YOU WANT A COPY please email me straight away. I will buy you a copy based on your promise to pay so no funny business please. I stake my reputation on the list that these are new and genuine (plus you can check my ebay feedback - KingboyK). They will cost 12 pounds each plus 2.50 postage in the UK, or $28 including airmail to the rest of the world (or more to guarantee one if the demand is high), which represents the shop price and a small markup based on the fact I will have to walk to the shop, pay the money upfront, and I really could have been greedy and kept them for Ebay :) There is no more information so please decide based on this info and email straight away as I will go in tomorrow to get them. The rules: High bids get priority, everyone who wants to pay the asking price: first come first served I reserve the right to hold one or two copies for Ebay listing or sell them to higher offers, that's economics for you :) I'm doing this as a favour to list members. One copy each unless the demand is low - mention that you want more than one and I'll consider it based on demand and how many I can get. I don't know exactly how many are available but I believe it is between 3 and 5. Oh did I mention I fell in love at first sight with the new girl working there, so perhaps I didn't buy them all in one go so I have to back?! :) If anyone is interested I can also get some other rare *brand new* vinyl including numbered Smiths 10" albums (one numbered at 0167!), Blur and Supergrass coloured vinyl, Oasis, Bluetones, and so on.
