The samples used and the mixes are quite similar though. There is a list member who has the original sources on all of these who can probably comment further. Again, there is the Chill Out Megamix with the "boy and girl go to the moon" samples all through it. "wasn't the 'made @3am' cd-r that appeared a while ago a combination of these mixes??? i'm not certain, but can anyone else confirm this?" # Need help using (or leaving) this mailing list? # Send the command "info klf" to majordomo@lists.xmission.com. # To post, email klf@lists.xmission.com; replies go to original sender. # KLF discography: http://www.swcp.com/lazlo-bin/discogs?klf ------------------------------ Date: Tue, 28 Nov 2000 10:33:47 +1000 From: "Ian Thompson" Subject: (klf) CDs FT - Incl Orb, KLF, SOP, Headz 2a & 2b, Faust I have the following CDs available for trade. Lo and behold what do they start showing? The vid clips from www.phonebashing.com; the "unofficial" website of Solid Gold Chartbusters. They showed all the clips (blown up close from the web pages) one after another, breifly showed the main page with the band name clearly shown (but never mentioned the band itself). They said Virgin admitted putting the site up to promote "a band" and that the incidents were real and the Phone Bashers were acting on their own. They went on to discuss recent talk on banning cell phone use in cars out here and commented on how bad the whole thing was in England. Unfortunately no part of the song was played either. - -paul "I will *never* understand this decimal system if I live to be C!" # Need help using (or leaving) this mailing list? # Send the command "info klf" to majordomo@lists.xmission.com. # To post, email klf@lists.xmission.com; replies go to original sender. # KLF discography: http://www.swcp.com/lazlo-bin/discogs?klf ------------------------------ Date: Fri, 1 Dec 2000 09:52:29 +0100 From: "DJ Kuta" Subject: (klf) 3 A.M. on Chill Out Take the Blue Danube Orbital Remix of 3 A.M.
