Unfortunately they are both from the late 80's and really hard to find. I was wondering if there was anyone who can help me out. I have some cool stuff to trade, or just money if that suits you. They are easy to find on vinyl, but like I said I'm after the CD. One is made in Belgium, so maybe someone in that area of the world can help me out. Yep, fantastic interview...although it has thrown me into a state of confusion about my bootleg cd-r of the black room. i guess, if it *really* is from ent, then it's from the ipswich sessions. how exciting ! shame the tracklisting is a bit skeewiff tho. i wonder if it was my cd-r that was the source of the stuff on napster ? cheerio neil - back to lurkdom once more.... Itīs a quite old (and quite bad sounding) KLF mp3 collection which mislabels some mixes as well (the "benio dub" is in fact the "techno gate mix" of LTTT). Not really worth mentioning. Napster and its derivates offer better quality. cy@ c-Row # Need help using (or leaving) this mailing list? # Send the command "info klf" to majordomo@lists.xmission.com. # To post, email klf@lists.xmission.com; replies go to original sender. # KLF discography: http://www.swcp.com/lazlo-bin/discogs?klf ------------------------------ Date: Thu, 16 Aug 2001 21:43:51 +0200 From: erik Subject: Re: (klf) black room (again) At 15:51 16.08.01 +0100, neil sampson wrote: >www.geocities.com/olymprecords/klf.htm > >does anyone know anything about it ? am i just being extremely slow in >responding to something someone probably did a few months ago ? you probably were referring to this: >The Black Room Demos >01-I'm fucked.MP3 >02-Deep shit.MP3 >03-Bite it harder.MP3 >04-38.MP3 >05-The Black Room.MP3 >06-Fuck the election.MP3 >07-Turn up the strobe.MP3 this surfaced some time ago (2 years maybe?), and the people on the list decided that it had nothing to do with anything as far as I can remember. It has no lyrics and no resemblence to anything by the klf or anything that was rumoured about the black room, so it probably is a total hoax. IIRC, the guy offering copies knew one of the members of ENT and got the original off of him. That or someone who knew a member of ENT played him the cd. One or the other. At any rate I don't think anyone thought them to be actual studio demos but only rehearsal tapes.
