I've had sims scream (talk) at me before. I thought it was part of the game. It only happened when the setup was for two teams. It was myself, a friend, and a Hard Sim (tenchcoat Jo) on Red Team, (renamed Pump 007) and against 4 (team cyan, renamed Myst 666) Perfect Class Judge (x2) and Venge (x2) sims in Area 52. We heard them twice, It was the Venge Sims that we believe to have spoken, it was the standard "Get Her!" and there was no problems with sound output. I never considered it to be a bug. Although it's not a bug, I love the gurgling noise (chocking on their blood I presume) that human sims (as opposed those with Maian heads) make when killed sometimes, makes the victory even more sweet.
