Yes. it Can. I got Phantasy Star Online on Feb. 5th and it's still
satisfying. Also got Time Splitters and Starcraft this month and I've played
a bit of them, although I found Starcraft to be a bit on the boring side. I
got Skies of Arcadia for Xmas and still haven't finished it, which I would
have or would be close to if I didn't get PSO.
March looks to be great too. Daytona USA Network Racing and Onimusha:
Warlords. Mmm. Conker too, but I've lost so much interest in that game.

Well, IMHO there are more important books to read than The Lord of the Rings.
When I read the books, I may change my mind, but I think that there's a good
change that I won't. By no way am I saying that those books aren't worth
reading. I believe it is more important to know about literature from your
nations past and even other nations also. You have the right to dislike
these sort of books, but at least know about them and know what you don't
like about them. I enjoy the Dragonriders of Pern series by Anne McCaffrey
and I think that she is an excellent author, but that doesn't mean that I
should limit myself to only what she writes and other what other similar
contemporary authors write. I'm not saying that you don't read other books,
I'm just trying to make my point. It's important to read and know why you
like and dislike certain types of literature.

But what about most of the othe Zelda games. You have to collect something.
I don't see the big difference in collecting pendants or crystals in A Link
to the Past or collecting musical instruments in Link's Awakening. Frankly,
I find it more lame to collect violins and conchs. :-)
The time travel aspect, while somewhat interesting, I also found to be a
hindrance.

I agree that it was a hindrance at times, but it was definately an attempt of
more innovation, whether you love it or hate it.
Also, though it may a trivial complaint, there are just too many problems

East answer: It's a game! ;-) Movies and TV aren't always realistic, so why
should games? (I realize, though, that you may have only listed this because
you already have found other faults in the game. Hence, you may not have
cared if you liked more of the other aspects of the game.)

See that is what I found wrong with the game...I like side quests, but so
many of MM's just seemed tedious...too many tedious tasks.
But you don't have to do them all. I didn't do nearly as many as I could
have and still beat the game fairly easily. And I only had about 10 heart
container pieces or so.
And all those masks...sure, changing bodies is a nice feature, but basing an
entire
game on collecting a series of masks just seems stupid. Masks are fine
for a side quest, but an entire game?? Lame, IMO. The whole premise is
just goofy.
