There is a virus that is going around called the "Sircam" Virus which I have just been emailed 5 times now in my 3 accounts. This is the most any one virus has ever been emailed to me before. It starts out with a subject which is always changing (it could be anything), the sender is always different too and so is the body. HOWEVER the length is a little over 200KB, it is USUALLY in the form of a document and the body message usually is something like: Hi how are you? Here is file you requested. Write back and let me know how you feel about it. Here's the catch, HOTMAIL SYMANTIC VIRUS SCANNER DID NOT PICK THIS UP and I was lucky to use heuristics on my AVG virus scanner to pick it up before i opened it. This virus is everywhere and here is the free cure: http://www.symantec.com/avcenter/venc/data/w32.sircam.worm@mm.removal.tool.html Be careful guys, the virus sends out confidential info about you to other people as well as documents you have and passwords. It also has a 1/3 chance of using up all your system resources and there is a chance taht on October 16th your harddrive will be destroyed. Keep aware guys, this is no hoax/joke.
