I love it. I used to have a Nyko 4x memory pak, but I returned it right away because it wasn't compatible with Madden 64. We tried another Nyko at the store and the same thing happened. If I were you, I'd go for the combination 4x memory and rumble pak, especially the one that doesn't require batteries. It retails for about the same price as all the others (~$20).
