There are lots of prerelease showings around. It also a fact that various random people who ordered things on the web page got passes in the mail to see the movie before the release. I saw a guy wearing a Star Wars Insider T-shirt. It was like a concert shirt, because it had all the release dates for the movie in their respected countries. I tried to see when the U.K. release date was, but I didn't get it. I did see that it's opening in India last, sometime in October. The tickets for Phantom Menace went on sale yesterday, but the movie isn't been shown to the public until next week. I don't know where else this is happening, but there is a 12:01 AM showing on Tues. night/Weds morning at one of the theaters here in San Antonio. Then starting at 7:30 AM Wednesday, it will play on 3 screens at this same theater, straight through until Sunday night. I hope to catch a 4 AM showing, high as a kite! :o) Also, there are showings during the weekends for the first four weekends at 2 AM and 4 AM. That's cool. B. T. W. I stood in line for 3 hours and still got the first 12:01 AM showing. People that camped out were dumb. I got there at 2 PM when tickets went on sale as well. There were people that had been camping out since Monday. I haven't been talking too much about Phantom Menace, but now I have my tickets, I am stoked!!!!!!! So I decide to talk to all you Orbies about it. I still think Episode One will be the second best movie of the year. "Eyes Wide Shut" has to take the cake. KUBRICK, how could you go wrong?? I have a live performance of 808 State on video from chicago in 1992 (broadcasted on JBTV). I saw this and thought "Wow! They're quite good", so I bought the cd Gorgeous. I have yet to do voice/wave analysis on it (I did record though) but I am thinking that this is the voice. Anyone ever see this show, I could certainly use a second opinion on this. Not only does it sound like the same voice, this guy even speaks in the same manner as the voice on Satellite Serenade. When I get around to it, I will post a RealAudio Clip of this on my web page for download so yall can check it out. Oh, BTW, if anyone is interested I just started my Web page about a week ago (still working on it), but I have a demo of one of my songs in RealAudio there if anyone wants to check it out (you may recognize a sample or two).
