Vigo Airport is 20 minutes by car. The nearest port is Santander, which is 8 hours by car Approx. The site is about 20 miles from Portugal.The festival will incorporate all the best features of festivals from all over Europe and take place over the weekend of 4/5/6 September 1998. The Licence has been granted for 20,000 people the event is fully supported by the local council in Vigo and we will hosting festivals on the site for the next 5 years. The main tent system will be 50,000 watts of sound with 40,000 watts of sound in the other tents. Sound Systems will be supplied by EAW. The main tent will contain 2 X 30 Watt Lasers 100 Vari*Lites, and 450,000 watts of conventional lighting. Other media to include Video Projections from Retinal (London) using Barco 9000 with 9 metre screens and 5000 watt Zenon hardware. The other two tents will also feature Main Frame Lasers, Vari*Lites and Golden Scans. The Children of Kaos from Plymouth are decorating the arena. The second tent will contain 22,000 watts of sound, 4-watt laser and 36 Golden Scans and will host the Big Beat Boutique, F.U.N. and The Future Sound Of Spain. The third tent will host Shimmy and Off Yer Face Techno Tent and Fruity Antics Deep House Tent. This tent will contain 18,000 watts of sound, and 24 Golden Scans. On the beach will be a free chill out area hosted by Jose Padilla from Ibizas Caf Del Mar this area will run from 8.00 am until 10.00 pm. -- Smiley
