Anyway--found a great system for storing all my cardstock--% ft. tall CD storage shelves--5 shelves about 11 1/2 x 11 1/2 with the ability to add more shelves. I got all 4 of them--on sale for $17.97 each! Also--in the wallpaper section--they had small samples of wallpaper (about card-size) so I took 2 of each of the ones I thot would be good for backgrounds. Then, I found some Mickey Mouse wallpaper border that was only $2.99 for 15 ft. I think I see envies here--eventho I'll have to modify my templates so the images are right-side up. THEN, I found some self- adhesive wallpaper borders with Looney Tune characters --each in their own little portrait square--just like the rubberstamps! Bought those for $7.99. Oh, yeah, I got the phone, too! Mona This message was from CowPost@aol.com - -- The rubberstampers mailing list is proudly sponsored by the Dueling Modems Arts & Crafts Forum. I'm one year old today That's right, one year ago today I picked up my first rubber stamp and became addicted. I just love this stamping art, it makes me feel creative. I always dreamed of being creative but couldn't even draw a straight line with a ruler. With stamps you don't need to know how. Now I can make something that most of the time I'm proud of and can show off. There are still so many things I have yet to learn which is a nice thing about stamping, you don't learn everything and that's it. The things that can be done with stamps are limited only by imagination. I'm soooooo happy I found out how to stamp and I just wanted to share it with all of you. I'm glad I found the list too cause I get all kinds of good ideas from reading all the posts and from the swaps. Now if I could just find away to make more hours in the day so I could spend more time stamping. The tissue has a blue sky, white moons and gold stars on it. Below the tissue she wrote Reach high for stars that lie hidden in your soul in blue letters on the computer. On the inside she wrote Dream deep, for every dream precedes the goal by Vaull Starr. No, I am not a snowboarder and don't ever plan on trying it out, but I am a Canadian who believes that it is very very very likely that this "guy who lost the Olympic medal" is telling the truth. The levels in his urine are low enough to be considered that he did not smoke a joint. In fact, most of it points to the idea that he was inhaling second hand smoke (non-cigarette-smokers can get lung cancer too!). It's not a laughing matter if this guy is telling the truth. What kind of an idiot would risk the gold medal or any participation in the Olympics to puff on a joint? Unfortunately for this athelete and the country he represents, most of us believe that he will be made an example of and will be stripped of his gold medal. I am not saying that he he for sure telling the truth as I don't know that we will ever know that. I just would hope that before making a comment such as you did (LOL) you may think to have a little compassion for those of us who are hurt by it. If he is tellign the truth, he does not deserve this treatment. Sorry to vent, but it bothered me. cheers...nancy This message was from nancy@winterland.mainland.ab.ca (Nancy Elrick) - -- The rubberstampers mailing list is proudly sponsored by the Dueling Modems Arts & Crafts Forum.
