Just cut some EXOTIC paper and throw them in an envy to be mailed to me. I've got some absolutely scrumptious papers sitting here already!!! Kari Exotic Paper Swap! This will be for exotic papers only! No mulberry cause it's very easy to come by and common. No printed tissue paper. No printed cardstock/paper like the type you would use for scrapbooking. Size to send in: about 1/4 sheet of paper size. 1/4 of 8.5 x 11 - I'll let you do the math! LOL Send in as many as you want and I sure would appreciate an extra piece for me?? :-) Oh, please let me know how many you are sending in. I don't want you to send in way too many if there aren't enough players. Here are some examples of what to send, not restricted to these of course cause I certainly don't know all the different papers out there! LOL Papyrus, french marble, metallic marble, mango, other fibers (except mulberry), banana, abaca, embossed, bark, Marbled Momi, unryu, snake textured, other unusual textures, petal paper, paste paper, holographic sticker paper, etc, etc, etc. I think you get the idea. Lots of do's and don'ts, huh? Well, Sorry about all that, but I agree with others who have emailed me and I'm sure if these guidelines are followed, everyone will just love their return packages!!! Postage: Same postage you sent me PLUS one .23 cent stamp!!! Thank you. The .23 will take care of it when the papers sent to you are heavier than the ones you sent. Due date: How about March 1st? Is that enough time to stuff envy's with exotic papers? I can extend it if need be, but I don't imagine this would take anyone very long. Let me know if you are interested!!! Great background paper inside the card, = too. =20 Barbara Tew: I love the way you shaded this image! Two big, beautiful = roses with leaves and a couple vines in a soft magenta color with = shading done in a deeper magenta color. What did you use to stamp this? Anita Baronowsky: Used Stampendous Rose Heart Wreath on front of white = cs. Tied a really great bow on the corner. My bows never look that = good! and then here is the part I am going to try. She used a = scalloped edge on the bottom of the front of the card and then mounted a = contrasting color of the same cut to replace the white cs that was = removed when scalloping. Very pretty. Thanks to Susan Benedict for hosting this incredibly popular swap. I = know it was a lot of work for you Susan. thanks to al who participated! What a great swap!  And, oh so many = different=20 types of cards!  This has got to be one of the most creative groups = of=20 people I have ever been privileged to be involved with!

Descriptions:
Susan Benedict:  Great card.  Dark = blue LINED=20 cs with smaller background paper stamped with musical score and on top a = long=20 stemmed red rose on glossy cs.  I love this!

Robin Cramer:  In each corner of the = front of the=20 card is stamped a small version of EVO's rose, encircled by = leaves.  Then a=20 dark reddish diamond shape background cs topped by a larger EVO's rose = stamped=20 on petal paper.  Is it my imagination or is the petal paper=20 scented?

Sandy Lemons:  Great, great = background!  Now=20 I know what to use my brayer for!  Sandy must have used a rainbow = pad and=20 brayered diagonally across the postcard and them ep'd.  Topped it = with=20 Comotion's BIG rose.  Great, vibrant colors.

Kimberlee Dick:  This is a cute little = card. =20 Instead of opening from right to left, it opens from both right and = left! =20 Trifold card, topped with pink mulberry and with a rose mounted on the = left with=20 half of it extending over the right flap.  Great background paper = inside=20 the card, too.

Barbara Tew:  I love the way you shaded = this=20 image!  Two big, beautiful roses with leaves and a couple vines in = a soft=20 magenta color with shading done in a deeper magenta color.  What = did you=20 use to stamp this?

Anita Baronowsky:  Used Stampendous Rose = Heart=20 Wreath on front of white cs.  Tied a really great bow on the = corner. =20 My bows never look that good!  and then here is the part I am going = to=20 try.  She used a scalloped edge on the bottom of the front of the = card and=20 then mounted a contrasting color of the same cut to replace the white cs = that=20 was removed when scalloping.  Very pretty.
