It is a mail order only company for businesses. All you have to do to order is give a business name and credit card, unless you want to set up an account and be billed. To do that, you will need to provide some type of "business" proof, like letterhead, etc. Anyway, the literature sorter is made by Fellowes cmpany and has 21 slots, heavy cardboard with a steel frame, and actually pretty nice. The price from Warehouse sales is $19.99 plus shipping, which is minimal. The item # to order it is 04210FMB. Warehouse Sales' # is 800-962-9162. Oh, you need a minimum $25 order, but that's pretty easy. I think this is the best price yet, and I got one last week. I'm not sure if I like the idea of that huge box to keep my paper in. I used to have it in a portable file box and it seemed to work well, but I ended up cramming all kinds of other stuff in the box besides paper. I may ditch the literature sorter with my "other" good ideas gone bad and go to the magazine holders as suggested on this list. Please, any input either way is welcome. If I decide to lose the literature sorter, is anyone interested? If you are going to the Cleveland Convention, I could deliver it already put together right to the convention. Just a thought . . . I guess I'ma have to send you another card, in one of my oughta-be-patented-but-is-too-much-work-to-try-cuz-is-too-much-work-to-make- 'em-more'n-once-inna-blue-moon-so-you'll-have-to-wait-til-is-sittin'-by-the- pool-watchin'-the-kids-school's-out-is summer-weather-cuz-that's-the-only-time-I-do-'em-unless-I-find-a-pile-of-spa re-daytime-and-a-good-video-and-no-um's-to-snip-first-lunchbag-envys (and y'all best pity the patent office if I decide to try and do that) with proper postage next time. and we'll see how *that* envy makes it to moose country. anno This message was from "Judy Hornbrook" - -- The rubberstampers mailing list is proudly sponsored by the Dueling Modems Arts & Crafts Forum. Wow!!! I saw that everyone was posting about receiving their envys and I felt envy....but then my daughter came in from checking the mail and there mine were, HOORAY!!! I really enjoy seeing the different styles. I especially liked the one that was made and folded in unusual form. I am going to unglue and make a template of that one. One had a gold embossed cancellation stamp on it that read "Straight from Heaven". Whoever made this, PLEASE let me know what company makes that stamp. Shellie....I liked the envy with the little girl smelling the flower. Too cute. Thanks to the hostess with the mostest!!! Wonderful job! Got the nicest surprise in my mailbox today! A rak from Helene who is from Keaou (sp ?) Hawaii!! Ahh with all the El Nino, to be over there!!! She sent it in a wallpaper envy!!!! I need to work up the nerve to go into a wallpaper store and ask about these sample books! The card is on cream cardstock, with a burlap/straw background layed with moss green. on a lighter cream cardstock she stamped a flower (duh..not sure what type it is...they have them over there in the islands...yah know big red waxy looking leaf with the yellow stoma thingy in the middle!) and all colored in. Looks so real! And inside she let me know that I had been rak'd! Thank you so much Helene! My DH and I are so wrapped up in buying our first house, that I am very behind in my duties!!! This was a great reminder on how it feels to get a card in the mail! Now it is my turn to pass that feeling along! They are just so great and here is what I got: 2 small butterflies, a sunflower postoid (am guessing that is what a postoid looks like), a tiny dragon, a winged cat, a small bird, a great one of a cat on a mat and looks like he has just swallowed a bird (feathers flying around!!), 4 frogs - 3 on a log and 1 on a lily pad, and last of all one that says "Consider yourself raked"!!!! Oh I am just so lucky :) Also a lovely card with a green embossed dragon on the front and telling me I had been RAKed - woweeee - lovely cs and can't guess exactly what it is and will have to find out but lovely textured cs!!! Can you tell I am impressed and I am still recovering from my knee operation on Tuesday so this was a great picker upper for me!! So if you've seen Barbara's ads for her unmounteds let me tell you they are great and well worth trying!! I think I was Barbara's first Australian customer and was lucky enough to be adopted by Barbara as well!! What more could I ask for - a generous, creative Mom who creates her own rubber and sells it? Louwanna twinklinglou@juno.com SO HOW DID YOU BREAK YOUR ARM? Conditions were perfect, 12 below zero, no feeling in the toes, basic numbness all over, the "tell me when we're having fun" kind of a day. One of the women in the group complained to her husband that she was in dire need of a restroom. He told her not to worry, that he was sure there was relief waiting at the top of the lift in the form of a powder room for female skiers in distress. He was wrong, of course, and the urgency did not go away. If you've ever had nature hit the panic button in you, then you know that a temperature of 12 below zero doesn't help matters. So, with time running out, the lady weighed her options. Her husband, picking up on the intensity of the pain, suggested that since she was wearing an all-white ski outfit, she should go off in the woods, and no one would even notice. "The white will provide more than adequate camouflage," he assured her. So she headed for the tree line, began disrobing and proceeded to do her thing. If you've ever parked on the high of a slope, then you know there is a right way and a wrong way to set your skis so you don't move. Yup! You got it! She had them positioned the wrong way. Steep slopes are not forgiving, even during embarrassing moments. Without warning the lady found herself skiing backward out of control, racing through the trees, somehow missing all of them, and into another slope. Her reverse side was still bare, her ski pants were around her knees, and she was picking up speed all the while. She continued backwards, totally out of control, creating an unusual vista for the other skiers. The lady skied back under the lift and finally collided violently with a pylon. The bad news was that she broke her arm and was unable to pull up her ski pants. At long last her husband arrived, putting an end to her nudie show, then summoned the ski patrol to transport her to a hospital. While she was in the emergency room, a man with a leg obviously broken was put in the bed next to hers. "So, how'd you break your leg?" she asked, making small talk. "It was the darndest thing you ever saw," he replied. "I was riding up this ski lift and suddenly I couldn't believe my eyes. There was this crazy woman skiing backwards out of control, down the mountain with her bare bottom hanging out of her clothes, and her pants down around her knees. I leaned over to get a better look and fell out of the lift!" he explained. "So, how did you break your arm?" _____________________________________________________________________ You don't need to buy Internet access to use free Internet e-mail.
