I felt like it must have been my bd yesterday :) I'll be 28 in a couple weeks and this package was neat to get at this time :) I really appreciate all the wallpaper, cards, and clear baggies. I have a question about the baggie that has all the papers with pictures or sayings on them (not the cards). Can I use these on cards that I make or is that a major no-no. And if I can't "use" them. What do I do with them once I've looked at them? Eileen: received the box directions - you were so sweet to compensate for the cake box directions that were in the swap. You are terrific. Thank you. Easter Bunny Swap: These cards are fabulous: so cheery! Thanks to Lisa for hosting this and for the bag of ep! Nicky Price - an angel bunny with halo and real fluffy tale "flying" over eggs. So cute~! Bonnie Garby - layered on pink cs a beautiful flower basket on a lawn in front of a picket fence. A tiny white bunny watches. Very nice. Flo-Bookworm - I have to give this card to my DIL's boss. She works at Sports Authority! A bunny in running shoes playing soccer with an egg and a happy little chick. I love your blending. Debra Wunderly - Card & envy! Too cute - a bunny holding a Happy Easter egg layered on cs and eggy tp. Love the "flocked" tail. Helene - on green cs an embossed layer with a bunny hiding in the daffodils. Inside "Here comes peter cottontail........" Belinda Muench - three little bunnies doing the jig on a cloud of eggs with confetti pasted below and a pretty ribbon - so sweet. Nana Becci - I knew this was your card before "I turned it over to look at the back". I cute bunny holding an egg balloon (flocked tail), tulips. Great composition of putting together several stamps and blending. Raine Czekalok - on green cs a bunny hiding in a large basket of flowers with two chicks. A real ribbon rose on the bow - all embossed. Pretty. Carole Mork - (I still know something you don't know) an adorable bunny on pink cs layered on burgundy cs with "love from the easter bunny" inside. Really cute stamps. Stampinnutdar - WOW! A shaker card with a bunny nestled in flowers, easter grass, confetti inside. A colorful row of eggs and flowers beneath the window. Too cute. BTW: Each of you should be contacting me to adopt the newbies - all these cards were great! Tracy's Sunflower Swap: Special thanks to Tracy for running this swap. I love sunflowers and thanks for the bunny stickers! Ruth - tvlady - yellow cs layered with brown cs popping with two pretty sunflowers with a ladybug on top. Very pretty. Andrea Schrock - Very original - white cs, dark blue mulberry paper with a sunflower on top - corrugated cardboard formed the stem and leaves. A big "thank you" inside. Very nice. Jeanne Welty - green cs layered with a pretty delafield sunflower stamp on corrugated glossy topped with brown corragated, raffia and a strip of birdhouses. Nice compositon. Subdued but very country. Patti Murphy - A sunflower girl with raised watering can and the prettiest stalk of embossed sunflowers. Loved your layering - very cute. Tracy Yamamoto - our hostess - made a postoid from a sunflower stamp on multi-layered it with gold beads and ?dimensional magic. Raffia bow across the top. Very pretty. The image is colored with markers and the center of the flowers have glitter. Such a pretty card. Belinda Muench - Light green cardstock edged at the bottom. A layer of background paper that has pastel jelly beans and then layered with three dancing bunnies that were embossed in silver then colored with pastel markers. Egg and bunny confetti is glued on bottom of card and four pastel ribbons are tied at the top of the card. A very pretty card. Carole Mork - Maroon card stock that is layered with an edged dark pink cardstock that has a bunny embossed in maroon and has maroon corners. Embossed in pink inside the card is love from the Easter Bunny. So pretty the way the colors coordinate. BL Marubbio - Pink marbled cardstock that has stamped in maroon a bunny laying on a sack of carrots in the middle of tall green grass. At top of card is stamped live for those moments of wild abandon. So cute. Kim Albert - Light yellow cardstock with three bunnies embossed on front that are colored in brown and sitting in green grass. Such a cute card. All cards described above were just marvelous. Everyone that has seen them have sure enjoyed them. **************************************************** Please put Jana' in the subject line. Ya stamp your images on cardstock, stick it in, stick some of the hook strip I sent ya on the outside & hook on your UM's (they must be HALO'ed first). Or in ziploc baggies I make 4X6 cards with a batch of images, usually off the same sheet of rubber, and stick all the corresponding UM's in there, stand the cards up like the library index cards so I can flip through when I need stamps (I've a *few* UM's, so I've more than one method!) If you need more hook strips or loop- let me know! Daisies, Meridee Stamp With Me! merideestamps@juno.com Ask me about Stamping Sensations!
