Color stamp(s) with markers. Stamp without excessive pressure on bisque = (the ornament blanks had a little lip around the backside so pressure = would have broken, shouldn't have this issue with your tiles). If too much ink or slippage occurred, wash off with damp cloth/paper towel = immediately. Redo. 2. Spray with non-yellowing spray. Let dry thoroughly (20 minutes = plus/minus). 3. Color with colored pencils. 4. Spray again. Could be glossy this time I suppose, but first layer must = be matte or pencil won't stick. Hope this helps! The kit comes with the adhesive that dries clear. There is also an adhesive that dries white - doesn't let the color of the paper/surface affect the color of the glitter. There is a fabric adhesive, that really works! I run my stuff in the washing machine and the dryer and have had no problems. The detail embossing powders from here are wonderful! I ordered a few as samples and now currently have all colors on order for my personal use! Your kit comes with one fine tip, that should be fine to start with, and the 9 colors in the kit you choose. Personally I want all the colors and I am a little more then halfway in my goal! I told my husband the line it only becomes an obsession when I can't find room to put the stuff anymore. So far my kids don't mind loosing space in their playroom! There is a xerox color chart which may help you see what colors you would like. I have the hand made one which is gorgeous, but as a vendor it helps me. I have not viewed the video yet. I keep saying I am going to purchase it the next time I order but always mangage to spend my money on other stuff!! Hope I didn't confuse you - let me know what you decide! Thanks and Enjoy! I wanted to share something with the group. Since Jan 13th I have been on a program called First Place (Putting Christ First Place in your life). I have lost 29 pounds, and I'm not starving myself. I feel so much better. I still have about 50 pounds more to go to get to my goal (or ideal) weight. This program has truly been from God. I have really enjoyed it. Some weeks I loose 3 pounds others 1/2 a pound. But I have always lost something. So that has given me great confidence in the Lord, that He is on my side. It is hard to witness to others about my life when I'm way overweight. They look at you and say, What are you talking about, you can't control your weight, how can you expect me to change my habits. Now that I'm loosing weight and telling how, it has help me share the gospel of Jesus Christ. Size can affect your personality. If you feel fat and over weight, you can be very negative about life. If you can get a grip and start making a change, then you start feeling better about yourself; your striving for better health - for yourself, and then your live becomes very positive. My choice to loose weight was one *I* made. Now my husband had a little to do with it. He was worried about my health. I was always tired, I would come home from work and take an hour or more nap, eat dinner, sit around and play with stamping and watch TV then go to bed. I suffer from migraines and eating bad foods (High in fat and calories) was not helping me. Since I've started this program, my migraines don't come as often. I also have a problem with a nerve in my right leg, when I go to bed at night, if I don't position myself just right, my leg goes numb (in a way) and it starts to hurt. I have noticed that my leg doesn't seem to bother me as much. I'm hoping that when I loose all of my weight that it will stop hurting altogether. But my main reason to loose weight was to serve and obey the Lord. I was being rebellious and not staying obedient. I now know that, and I'm striving everyday to do His will. Who knows maybe I'll get pregnant once I have lost a few more pounds..... Postoids are fun things to do ... I've hosted several postoid swaps .. and am always tickled at the ideas that people come up with to stick on a ... postoid. OK ... What's a postoid? Here's an "unofficial" description: Postoids are like ... fake postage. You stamp a little image, you make a little caption for it (Like a rose, and use a little caption like "Posie Post -- 5 cents"), you draw a little frame around it, you cut it out!! Voila! Fake postage. It's nice (but not necessary) if you have the Fiskars postal edger. Do them on sticker paper or adhesive-backed label paper. Now ... refer you back to Carole's Proposed Postoid Swap ... and sign up!!! You'll be hooked, once you get some ideas!! My favorite thing to use on postoids? Pigs, frogs, flowers, caption stamps, ... saucy and impertinent stuff .... Ant Judy H.
