Then I sprinkled on some sand I'd sifted ( I used the finer sift) from my son's sandbox on it. It held up well for 2 years and is just now starting to dribble off. Though this is probably because that card is in a stack of cards and subject to friction, it might behoove you to use a bit stronger glue, like maybe the AIG glue - which is meant to hold on to stuff sprinkled on it. Oh yes, I mixed a bit of Prisma ultra fine gold hologram glitter in with the sand for a pretty sparkly look. Effective Immediately!! It has come to my attention that I am running 24 hr business here and I need to "have a life", so I am going to start to have regular business hours starting tomarrow (April 29, 1998). I will be "Open" for business (ie. questions, orders, etc.) during the hours of 9am to 2:30 pm. I should still be able to give everyone the same customer service as before. As much as I love stamping and being a stamping vendor, my priorities in life need to be my family and my spirituality so something has to give. I certainly don't want to quit so I am trying to be balanced. Thanks so much to all my customers, I appreciate your support. I know you will understand. You have all been great! She is soooo frustrated and feels cut off from everyone. If your e-mails bounce back try again in a couple of days. WOW,How fun. Simple and beautiful. I always think I can't make great cards, but Im always amazed at how EP adds that special touch to ANY card...it is a stampers BEST tool... Heather Reilly was the hostess..she did a fine job. Thanks. 1. The first card I saw was form Nana Bev,it was a beautiful white card with mauve and lilac butterflies on it. I t was so pretty,it reminded me of Easter. I couldn't read the e-mail,or I'd have emailed Nana Bev myself too! Thanks Bev!! 2.Then,a valentines card from Alisha,it had wallpaper on it. And a heart was cut from it,then it was applied to a red card. Then she squiggled gold glitter inside the heart for a striped touch. Then she put more gold glitter squiggles around it. At the bottom of her card, she stamped "just a note" on blush paper, and embossed it in silver. Really nice and bright. 3. From Carole M. I received a "Thanks Alot" card on deep purple cardstock. She bordered the card about one quarter inch with terracota EP. And it looked nice. Then she cut a piece of white-mauve textured paper and cut it in a small square with fiskars deckle edged scissors. She glued it on at an angle then she stamped a big THANKS ALOT stamp on another piece of edged paper that was pink, with terracota EP. on it. It looks BOLD and the colors really blend... 4. I got a fragrant sensatiion from Louwanna,it was M&M's on white ard stock, inside it says"Quick Where's the chocolate?" AND,get this,The card smells like CHOCOLATE. (Hot Chocolate EP form Creative Creations...) Yummy! Thanks Lou 5.Unfortunatly,I can't give credit to whoever stamped my last card,it is on light moss green paper with a victorian heart window,EP'd in gold with roses on it...it is just beautiful...thank you mystery stamper..... Well, that's all for now,and hey THANKS A LOT IT 's TIME FOR CHOCOLATE WHILE I SIT AND WATCH BUTTERFLIES AND ROSES WITH MY HUBBY WHO HAS A GOLDEN HEART!!!(;0 ) Luv Cindi, the angel of rubber.....
