In the last round, I only received acknowledgement for 2 of 8 packages I sent to this person. And this round is starting out the same way - I sent a package via a vendor over 2 weeks ago - still no word whether she received it or not. And this puts added pressure on the vendors, who don't know if their packages were lost...
