I just wanted you to know that I made the greatest card for my husband using the Bonnie "Lass" stuff you had sent to me!!! It turned out so pretty and it's so clever! I made the Victorian Secret Book card, where each page has to be opened up to see the message inside, and I added in a few of my own messages in the end, which I think he'll get a kick out of. *evil grin* I am so pleased with this card, it's my very first creation of anything like this, and it really got my creative juices flowing. Thanks again, SS! You are wonderful!!! I just needed to share this with someone who understands! I think perhaps one of Dorothy's Angels was watching over you. I'm glad that the cat and bunnies were ok as well. Too bad about the neighbor's cat, and about her. I only hope that she also manages to work it out and gets over her shock quickly. Insurance companies should help. Even if you don't have renter's insurance, your landlord probably has something that will cover it, or the responsible neighbor may have insurance against which you can place your claim. As most of you know Linda began another treatment in this current round of chemo. They are being conservative in the administering of the chemicals as they were doing the one prior to this, probably because of the breathing problems she had just over a month ago. Instead of giving her the full dose in one day, it is being done over a course of four, scheduled to end on Saturday. I just got off the phone with her and the doctor thinks she may have suffered a minor, or mini stroke. This happened sometime late last night or early this morning. She has lost feeling and movement in her left hand and lower arm. There is some good news in this, according to her and the doctor. She does have some pain in the upper arm. I say this is good because earlier today the loss of sensation was in the upper arm as well. Also Linda wants me to point out also that she is right handed, so she will continue stamping. (Hey this is our Giggles remember!) Through all of this, her spirits are up. She of course is still having her affair with John De Toilette, but that is normal (so to speak) for her. She cannot sit at the computer so if anyone has any messages for me to pass on, please let me know. I'm sure though she would appreciate any snail mail anyone would like to send as well. I am searching for work and will be out until around 2 o'clock west coast time. I may be speaking with her early in the am. If I do I will post an update to this if there is any change. If not look for another update in the afternoon or evening. I will be praying exceptionally hard this evening!
