I was very excited because as soon as I saw the mailing label, I knew it was from you. I love that font you have!!!! I excitedly tore open the package, and the first think that came out was your note. Thanks for thinking of me. It made me feel all warm and fuzzy inside!!!!. I LOVE the initial stamps from PSX. They are sooooooo elegant. They will look spectacular on the back of all my cards. I have a custom made name stamp that says Ms. Salcido, which I use at work, but I have never bought inital stamps. I always look at them, but I never buy them. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! I also love the sunflower stamp. I have other sunflower stamps, but not this size. It will go perfectly with some of the vases and jars I have. Wow! You must have checked my stamp room in order to not duplicate any of the thousands of stamps I have!!!! Actually, whenever I get a duplicate stamp, I take theold one to work so that I have some stamps there and here, and I don't have to worry about what they look like after the kids have used them. Thanks so much for the surprise!!! Am i ever going to see any of your stamped work? I would really like that a lot!!! Thank you so much Lisa, for such a wonderful package! Boy did I need this kind of surprise! To start, I loved the blue easter grass packing! I have a Seal-A-Meal on its way to me, and this will be cool to use as packing! The first thing I found was the three tubes of glitter - I am a glitter "queen" I love glitter! Those tubes were really neat too - You'll have to tell me where you got them! The Paper Paint is wicked cool - I just bought a Paper Paint Kit and don't have Orange yet - cool for halloween! And the glue pen - perfect - mine just ran out! And of course everything smelled wonderful because of the Rose Sachet that you put inside! Also, I can never have enough post-it notes - thank you! And the make up sponges are perfect - I just got some Metallic Rub on that I have been dying to use! And last, but certainly not least, 3 Azadi stamps! The bold bear looked great with the pink pad I have been wanting to try! And the clown is adorable - on roller skates! I love it! And the best - the little seed packet - I wanted this - it was on my Azadi wish list! I am glad that we have so much in common. These next few months will be great! The card was in a vellum envelope--no returned address--I was RAKed. I waited until I entered the door to open it. My first rubber stamp card EVER, and it was from my SSS! What could be more fitting? Let me describe the card. There is a layer of light blue/grey thin vellum over dark navy (linen) cardstock (can't identify paper too well but I LOVE it--who makes that navy paper?). The vellum is attached to the navy by thin gold ribbon which runs through two tiny diamond holes on the crease--have to try that. On the front of the card is a perfectly embossed gold sun. You'll have to teach me your tips for embossing so perfectly. The edges of the vellum are fiskared--I'll have to look in my fiskars drawer to check the pattern. Love the sun (who makes the sun--it has a great face). The inside letters are all embossed in gold, either done with an alphabet stamp set or my SSS has beautiful handwriting! S/he also used a "thinking of you" stamp. S/he glued gold moons and navy (or black) stars on the inside. I guess we share a fondness for celestial images. What an elegant card! On the back of the card is a gold embossed question mark. Very clever :). Thank you for my first RS card. I will treasure it! You know, it feels really great to know that my SSS is thinking of me :).
