Okay I love reading all these great ideas. And of course our family is on a tight budget this year again (thanks to darling exwife of my DH's *#$!@*(*_)!!!!) Anyway, between his, mine and our children and relatives there is no way we can afford to purchase gifts (small as they may be) for them this year. And they are all scattered....so picking names is out and most things will have to be shipped. Please gals and guys.....post some good ideas. Besides the good ol' stamped Christmas ornaments and notecard sets...that's a given. And masculine gift ideas too! That is always soooo hard. Thanks in advance. Rubberhugs - Shawn (And yes I will order some of Patti's calendar for gifts as soon as DH gets paid...other ideas????) Another label special coming your way for yourself and for all of your SS's. With every order of five (5) return address labels (OR) Created by labels received by November 15, 1997 you will receive one sheet of labels that can be used for gift tags. You have a choice of: 1) Christmas wreath, channukah menorah, or the Stamper a Day Logo, if you desire. The labels of the wreath and menorah are in color. The Stamper A Day logo is the same as featured on the return address or created by labels. They are thirty to a sheet, and in addition to the graphic have the "To:" and "From" printed out with space for you to enter both your name and the recipient of your gift. So again, order 5 sheets of either the return address or created by labels and receive one free sheet the shipping tag labels of your choice. Order 10 sheets, 2 free sheets of gift tag labels, and so forth. To update everyone, here is a description of the return address labels: Thirty, labels to a sheet. They have the Stamper A Day logo, (THIS IS THE SAME LOGO that is available as a rubber stamp as expertly described by MaVinci in her posts), plus up to four lines of your choice. Make excellent return address labels, and/or you can use them for the back of your cards, with "Created by:" followed by name, email addy, etc. Remember again, that these go great with your Secret Stamper shipments. (Outside AND in the box). Cost is $1.00 per sheet. That includes postage. Delivered to your door or mailbox, whichever the postman decides. For those of you who want only the shipping labels, they are 2" x 4" and will have your name and return address across the top, with space below to either type or write the addressee information. There 10 labels to a sheet. Cost on these per sheet is $1.25 and that also includes shipping. Wow Linda, What a great card. Linda made me a Flinger Card (as our RR seems to be hung up somewhere). It worked perfectly! She also sent me the instructions and (hint, hint, she wants to see one of mine). Well as soon as I get "caught up" VBG I will really, really, try to do this. Not only did it fling but the card is a wowwwww to boot. It is on white cardstock. On that she has sponged? green which makes it look like real wallpaper and makes me feel like I'm in a garden. Stamped and 3'd is a girl holding a watering can and a wheelbarrow full of flowers. "Thinking of You" at the top. All of this is very nicely colored in. Inside: "Life without friends is like a garden without flowers" and more flowers 3'd and colored in. And................... that's not all! She made a wallpaper envy to send it in. Thanks Linda. It's so perfect what can I say? Thank you over and over again. This certainly was not a hurry and drop in the mail. I appreciate all your efforts. I'll get a little goodie off to you and hope the other cards will show up one day!
