I have been trying to reach Stampo about an order I wanted to place before the deadline for his sale - had a question I needed answered before ordering - - emailed him on Tuesday, still haven't heard from him. Now I tried calling the store - they're closed for the day!!!! Can anyone else help me with a question? He is advertising a sale on corner rounders - I love these - I have 2, one is just a rounding one, the other is a victorian edge. What other styles are there? No one here carries them, and I have seen others on cards I have received, but have no idea what they are called. Is there a web site that shows different ones? At least maybe then I could fill out the order to Wayne and promise to call him in the morning with my cc#. I'd really like to get in on this sale...... Well, for sure, I'm bilding up a nice collection of special boxes. This package contains ANOTHER neat box. This one is covered in gold marbled paper. Very shiny. Opened there is a mirror on the lid, a ribbon to hold it open and a little box that comes out to reveal another level below. Before I even got to the box tho!!!! A sweet Precious Moments stamped card. Two little girls, one holding a flower and the other sniffing it. With the words "Good Friends Are Forever" below. Alst embossed in white on lovely happy red cardstock. Inside is a nice handwritten note. Of course, I don't recognise the handwriting. I wish I could gt the hang of embossing in white. I just haven't been real successful with it for some reason. Maybe if I practice a little more. Below the card, but not in the box yet... Envelopes. FIVE georgeous handmade envelopes made from calendar pages of CATS! Such great cats too. I'll never be able to part with these envelopes to mail anything in. They're just too precious. Then, under the delightful kitty envys is a whole bunch of vellum envys (10). Icant tell if these are handmade or not. They are really nice. Something else to add to my stash of wonderful things that no one else is ever going to get their hands on. They are MINE MINE MINE. You are a great SS - I really love all these envelopes. Now, as if that wasn't enough, inside the box: A bottle of red embossing powder by Stamp Affair. I'm almost out of this, so Now I dont' need to buy more. An Avery permanent glue stic, which I almost bought yesterday, but for some unknown reason (maybe the little voices told me?) I put it back on the shelf. And THREE (count 'em 3) Prism tiny ink pads. These are tiny like the pigment colorcubes but they are raised foam dye based ink pads. Neat. I haven't seen these before either. I got Fire Engine Red, Royal Blue and Black. And when I lifted the little drawer out, underneath it was a packet of four Almond Orange herb tea bags and a pacaket of Gevalia Dark Roast coffee. While I never drink coffee myself, Rich does (he even grinds his own beans) so I will allow him the pleasure of sharing my package this time - he may have the coffee, and I will enjoy the tea. So thank you thank you thank you. I do appreciate you very much. StamPatti, vsa & vsr Computers are life. Rubberstamping is art. And drum roll please -- I got Areally cool card with a heart stamped on front and the hear has flowers and plaid and was embossed in gold and colored in. Way Kewl. It was in a crinkle envelope. Okay, you said you learned how to do this, share share. Inside in various places was little purple confetti that said I love you and some eyeballs (are you trying to tell me you're keeping an eye on me). And there was a piece of See's Candies. Really yummie. Now I'm trying to figure out what I can do with this little box. I've been collecting boxes since stamping and now because of the SSS program. Then there was another little card with a teabag inside. This was a oblong piece of cardstock (or heavier) folded in threes. Two silver embossed lines around the whole thing. One third has stamped some heart and checkered border with Life here embossed in silver and then colored in. This is cut at an angle at the top. The middle third is stamped with a window and some fruit. The last third is stamped with another window and apple. The whole thing looks watercolored or markers. And then if that wasn't enough it was run through a corrurator to give those unique lines. Really neat stuff. Love the smell of my teabag. My mom said to put it in my underwear drawer. Probably the most company they'll have. Then there was some of those colored pom pom balls. Now you would thing that is it. Ohhhhhhh no!!!!!!!!!!!! I have flower corner stamp, a basket of flowers and a stamp that says warm wishes all from Stamp Affair. I really like that warm wishes stamp. Unusal writing and I don't have a stamp that says anything yet. And then a little stamp that has hearts and color and say "Your Love Brightens My Life". SSS -- I'll always forgive you. I moved to a new town recently and of course didn't have many friends. I never used the internet before, but found that I was able to get in touch with many different people out there. I now have some great friends who help me get through the lonely times. Thanks especially to Diane and Dawn who just kept writing me back.
