At last count, I had this many stamps: three billions and billions 1 2 3 ( 4 ) 5 6 7 8 9 10 In rubber stamping experience I: just discovered it invented it 1 ( 2 ) 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 In anything I may be sent by anyone, I'd prefer to get: handmade things stamping supplies 1 2 3 (4 5 ) 6 7 8 9 10 Some of my favorites RS manufacturer/vendors are: Holly Pond ,Penney Black, but I don't really know the names yet. My favorite stamping technique is: Embossing I really don't like these kinds/styles of stamps/stamping: I appreciate all styles and art, but i prefer the non-bizarre I first discovered rubber stamping: A year ago or less. Delete any of the following statements which are not true for you. Add any others I've forgotten which ARE true for you. Change the wording of any of these to make them more true for you. Keep each answer separated by a blank line for easier reading. I emboss my stamping sometimes. I like to make my own paper. I like to buy mass quantities of unusual paper. I like to buy embossing powders and inks. I buy too many stamps. . I love word sayings and text stamps. I love teddy bears and sheep and country cute stamps. Some times I make political statements with my stamping. When people see my cards they say "Awww, how sweet." When people see my cards they say "Wow! That's beautiful!" When people see my cards they sometimes, or usually, (pick one) say "This is so funny! I wish! When people see my cards they say "Whoa! How did you DO that??" I am a computer whiz. I really want to be!!! I can find my own way to the stamp store. Most of the time. I have never participated in a swap before. I love all crafts and really like to learn in general. I will be a student for my whole life, academic or arts or some class. Art is necessary to life and I make it part of mine. I love to smile and laugh!! Unfortunately I 'm not good at jokes, but every once and awhile I really surprise everyone. I also believe in Angels--altho I don't know if I have met one. I sure would like too!! Also I love to shop. Paul says it is my favorite thing, but I think he exaggerates greatly!!Although I prefer to shop for other than myself. I like the thrill of finding that especially thing to put in gift baskets, I make. Any other ideas??? > Kari I have my in hanging file folders by catagory. Inside the hanging file folders are heavy weight page protectors with cardboard inside of them. I put two staples through the page protectors and cardboard to make sure they stay together. Then I stick my ums - which are on cushion with Aleen's Tack it over and over on the back of them - onto the page protectors. The catagory of each page protector is written on the side where it would normally be put into a binder. Then each page protector is put into its matching hanging file folder. In some cases the hanging file folder has more than one page protector in it. My method of keeping a catalog of what I have is when I fill a page protector up, I lay it on the table, die up. Then I tap my ink pad across the page of dies. Then I lay a sheet of paper on the sheet of dies and gently rub. When I lift off the sheet of paper, there is my catalog. Next I make 3 copies of the page. One goes into a binder that has index tabs in it, one goes into a file folder labeled "backup copies", one goes into the page protector that holds the dies (this does involve removing the staples, adding the page, and re-stapling, but it is worth it!) and the original is put into a file folder labeled "masters" that is put into the Household file cabinet. Why so many copies? For those days when I spill my coffee all over the place and mess up my catalog. Hope this helps!
