VERY long Whew...I'm home finally after a long day at the RS and Scrapbooking Convention in Golden(Denver). It was really small, but had a few good things. I came away with only 2 RS and a few papers. Did get some of that Gold Leaf stuff. Saw Ginny (Happy Rubber Stamps). Had met her before so it was nice to see her again! I decided I needed another daughter so adopted her on the spot. (Hi Ginny!). My group consisted of Tracy (rubberjunkie my daughter), and baby Abigail, granddaughter Justine, Cathy Mitchell (Hi Cathy, I'm still stuffed!), and a friend and her daughter. So there was a bunch of us. We all bought stuff. I think Cathy got the best stuff! Neat stuff! The day started in the van with me being hungry and eating a ham sandwich, then half of a peanutbutter sandwich, then a couple of pieces of chocolate (got to have chocolate in there some place!). About 2 hours after we got there I was hungry again and ate another ham sandwich and chips and more chocolate. Walked around some more. then since it was such a small conv. we decided we'd seen it all a couple of times so we left, stopped at the Castlewoods outlet stores and shopped a little. Then decided we were hungry AGAIN! So we ate chinese food and then icecream cones (some of us...me). Well I guess what I'm saying is I spent the day eating. It was a fun outing....I was hoping to see a few others from the List (where were you Shoko??) Baby Abigail was really good. There was someone who use to be on the List there.
