It was from my Tribe Buddy and it was filled with all kinds of good things. First of all some really neat confetti. Second, a jar of Hologram embossing powder which I can't wait to try out. Then came a bottle of verdigris Decor it. This is a color that I really like. There was a package of cut-out apples just waiting to be painted and a wonderful Swiss mile chocolate bar. Boy, how does this person know me so well!! Then there was this great magazine called Rubberstampmadness. This is the first magazine I have ever seen let alone own on rubberstamping. I have just thumbed through it and it is great. I can hardly wait to really sit down and go through it page by page. As if all of this wasn't enough, my Tribe Buddy sent me a RoseArt Portable Art Set that is just fantastic!!! Did you win the Lottery or What!!!! Thank you so much for everything. It seems to me that if any vendor - not just Mariann- was acting rude and offensive to the members of the list, people would not order from them. I will be posting reminders once a week. I have received only one set in so far. Can't wait to see the rest! Once again, get out those Naughty, Nasty, Sexy, stamps. The ones you never thought you would have the cajones to use - but here is the perfect opportunity! Here the the opportunity to buy some stamps you never thought you would. Here is the challenge: MAKE ME BLUSH! Those who know me know that is fairly difficult. LOL. Here are the details: Theme: Naughty Swap POSTMARK BY: January 31, 1998 so that everyone will get their cards back by Valentines Day. MAKE: 5 for 5 cards (don't include a hostess card, since I will be playing) or one for everyone who is playing. I will be letting you all know from time to time how many sign up, but again, I won't publish names unless you give me the ok. :-) The following items are ok too: postcards, little books, pins, etc. POSTAGE: Send a large self addressed envelope with enough postage on it as it took for you to send yours to me. This makes things way easier, since I can then sort by envelopes. :-) And I don't have to go running to the post office, etc. My address is at the bottom of this message. Please let me know if you are playing in this swap - because I will post the number of participants for those who want one of each. I will also do a review of the cards on line for everyone, like last time. :-) Oh, could someone please also post this message out to other lists and boards that might be interested? I am on the Rubbertown and SARA list only, but want to open this up to anyone who might like to play. And I know from personal experience that Mariann is a keeper. As far as posting ads separately, we've been thru this thread before with other vendors--most recipients agree that it's helpful to see the subject of each ad so you can see if you are interested. I do however find Kari's suggestion good, for myself as well, I know when I've posted my Stamp Pad ads there were so many different kinds and colors that I ended up splitting the ads up and posting several, It always has bothered me too so I myself will try to condense my ads so as not to get monotonous. BUT, anyway, the bottom line girlfriend is "You post those Ads!" "Post like the Wind!" LOL! Hang in there.
