I can get in close to the rubber and the emery board is stiff so I don't have to twist and fold a piece of sandpaper. Since I buy the bargain brand emery boards in packages of ten or twelve, there is always one handy so I'm not searching for the sandpaper! kathie >> Is there anything to use to clean badly stained wood mounts? I will send you at least one and a half pounds of mounted stamps, for $17.00 plus $3.00 postage. The full retail price would be between $60 and $100, for the stamps. I'm doing this, so I don't have to remove their price tags, so you will save a pile with this offer, but when they are gone, they are gone. The price of the $17 plus $3 shipping for a total of $20.00, to US addresses. These specials are for retail only, US Funds only on drawn on a US Bank. MN residents must add sales tax. There will be a $20 fee for all returned checks. Send email to order, I will confirm order, and when I receive your check or money order, I will ship. Red Castle. The main part of the design is flat, with the details carved into it, and the background carved away. (nothing unusual about that). Tried inking this block with a raised stamp pad, and got uneven results. My sister remembered seeing my brother using a brayer. I have one, but never used it. What's the best way to ink this large block? My brother passed away last summer, and I'd love to make a print for my parents. Please enjoy the cards and don't forget to post. Thanks again. I had fun with my first hostessing job. Looks like I passed probation, huh? Thanks oodles! :D Note: Some of the earlybirds got theirs back in December as a special "thank you" for joining my first swap! I have a small 4 x4 plain white ceramic tile on which I scribble my markers or my water colour pencils - its a palette - I can mix my colours there and it's so much easier to clean than a "real" palette.
