I won't go through the list of glues I use, because I use many -- depending on the materials I'm gluing. We've had great input on that already. I'll just tell you what I use to glue cardstock to cardstock or cardstock to fabric. (I use fabric for backgrounds and book covers.) Okay. You can laugh. I use carpet tape. (Not the type that looks like a an open weave mesh -- which my husband brought home in response to my request! That stuff is very thick and would make your cardstock llok like a waffle! Hmmm.) This is the carpet tape that looks like a roll of masking tape, but it is sticky on both sides. The easiest to work with is Scotch brand. Mako brand is harder to cut because it is so sticky, so I wipe my scissors with Skin-So-Soft or glycerine before I cut that brand. This tape will hold a carpet to the floor. So, it will definitely hold cardstock to cardstock or fabric! Slap the tape on and peel off the protective backing. I'm happy to say, it "lets go" of the backing without a lot of hassle. (I've worked with some of the double sticky stuff that wouldn't separate without a decree from a federal court!) Okay, back to the regular programming and I'll take my headache back to the stamping corner! What a wonderful now set of stamps from PSX. Of course their stamps are so great anyway. The project sampler is so "COOL". Such items as - Calla Lily Wedding Stationery, Loving heart unity candle, several place card holders instructions, Rose Birdseed Packet, Traditional Guest Book, Rose Cake bag and Bridal Handbag. This is exceptional -- This is made with white satin ribbons, etc. and is stamped on white velvet. Instructions for Floral Garden Luminary (this is absolutely gorgeous), Now & Forever Votive, Toasting Glasses and Cake plate, Decorative Flourish Wedding Frame and Now and Forever Beverage Napkin. The Now and Forever stamp has two doves with ribbons in each of their beaks, ribbons all around and one bowknot with wedding rings at one side of a knot. The Now and forever are written in script. I do believe they have outdone themselves this time. I have only one of these now but can order more along with the new catalog. For the scrapbookers there is a sampler for you too. Great ideas from what I can see. These are 2.00 plus sh/h. I do have the Valentine and heart project sampler in stock and this is a great issue, full of suggestions and instructions. Baroque Heart, Heart Shaped gift box, Sculpey ornaments, Valentine Wrapping Paper, I give you My Heart Card, Curly Line Heart Gift Tag, Heartlets Invitations, Floral Love card, Heart of Gold Gift Tag, Three hearts card, A great heart border using one large, tall, thin heart and one small, heart (same as large), and Heart Treasure boxes. I stock a lot of these stamps and they are so gorgeous. I also carry other tech sheets with instructions for: Sunflower T-shirt and shoe, A gorgeous holiday gift bag using mulberry papers and a large flower stamp, Garden recipe box with Veggie cards. And my favorite (I use this as the last project in my adult education classes at a local high school and it is a big hit) - a rose stationery set. This makes an envelope type packet to put stationery and envelopes into and mulberry papers are used for this. I used tissue papers stamped with designs and glued to card stock. This whole set of four is 1.25 plus 2 - .32 stamps. Wish I had a scanner as I cannot begin to do these justice. The catalog supplement has lots of new stamps and some of the designs are new and labeled as brush designs. One cute one is a toad on the ground with fiddlehead ferns all around him. Appropriately named Fiddlehead toad. Will give more details next time. I have rattled on enough. Marge @ Stampz 'N Stuff in Ocean Springs, MS.
