Diana S from Michigan sent me the coolest RAK! I actually got a red, silk Rose card today inthe mail! Thank you so much! I could not locate your email or I could thank privately as well, but wanted everyone to know! It came tied with pink ribbon, attached to what seems to be a laminated piece of cs with stamped roses on the other side. Of course they are colored in beautifully as well! This is the coolest card ever! DH and I are still trying to figure out why the post office did not mangle it! Thank you so much Diana, it started off my week very nicely! My friend works at the Senior Center and she was telling me last week that when the resident play BINGO and win, they get to pick a prize from "the box" and that lately the prizes have been pretty lame. SO I thought, that with my new found craft I could make cards for them to choose as their prize. Only trouble is at the the moment I have only 1 excellant stamp and that is it! It is from House Mouse and it is two mice, tails entwined, sitting under the moon. I would love to use this stamp , but am seeking words to put IN the cards. I have no word stamps yet, so I will write it in, just need help thinking of nice things. I don't want them all to say the same thing. Sure, I will reuse the saying but maybe a little variety would be nice! Can anyone give me some ideas. Many thanx in advance! COMM: Bone Folders and why you need one. You have the Easter Egg Template now you need a bone folder to use it, to its fullest. I have had so many posts from newer members of the lists, asking what a bone folder is used for. I personally always use my bone folder when making envelopes or boxes to make sure that I get a nice sharp fold. The way to use it is to lay a ruler where you want the fold, and draw the bone folder along the ruler, then fold on the score that the folder leaves. The bone folder is about 3/16 inch thick and shaped very roughly like this picture _________________________________________________ / 6 in long \ A / | | ( | 1 in wide \ | | \_________________________________________________/ V The pointed end is lightly sharpen and I don't know if they are still made of bone. I have some more bone folders, so if you didn't get one the first time, try again, and as before I will sell them to the first ones to email me their order, will hold the folder for 10 days for payment, else it will go to someone else. The price of the Bone Folder is $6.50. And I'll pay the shipping to US addresses, and include a catalog--if you ask for one. These specials are for retail only, US Funds only on drawn on a US Bank. MN residents must add sales tax. Send email to order, I will confirm order, and when I receive your check or money order, I will ship. Red Castle.
