Let's hope I don't get sued by someone. You'll never tell, will you? ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~` Sizing Unbaked PolyShrink Ever wonder how big you should cut your unbaked PolyShrink so that you can end up with the right sized finished piece? Here's a neat trick; make yourself a PolyShrink Ruler! Mark the long side of a sheet of unbaked PolyShrink in 1/2 " increments, using a ruler for precision marking. Number the inch marks. Next, cut off the marked edge of PolyShrink, make it about 2" wide. Now heat this PolyShrink. Your baked piece of PolyShrink has now become a PolyShrink Ruler! Measure your stamp or design component against this shrunk ruler and you'll be able to tell how big to cut an unbaked piece! - - ------------------------------ Date: Sun, 15 Mar 1998 15:11:15 EST From: giggles57@juno.com (Linda S Skirvin) Subject: RubberTown: Re: RS: COMM: Class A'Peels Stickers Yes Sara these stickers are really beautiful but.......WHERE'S THE SUZY ZOO STICKERS?????? I have already had two classes with popup cards, and was asked to teach another unit of Homemakers also. But popups are no the only type of cards I want to teach, and I am collecting those of other people, prominently labeled with their names, as well as my own stuff. meanwhile I got a couple of RAKs off this week and am working on some more. So you can see I have plenty to do. I can't write you directly to thank you as i don't have your e-mail addy but hope you do see this. Many thanks - see you on line - Joy - - ------------------------------ Date: Sun, 15 Mar 1998 15:58:26 -0800 From: Bonnie Lass Subject: RubberTown: Comm/FAMILY TREASURES > > Order to go in April 5. Thank you Lupie for hosting. I received beautiful cards from Kathy M., Sandy L., Dianne A., Ant Judy and one unknown. Dianne used green banana paper and layered a deckled edged oval with roses over a mauve cs. The saying "I Thank my God always, making mention of you in my prayers" was stamped inside. Ant Judy used grey cs. She stamped a cherub painting flowers on white cs and adhered this to the grey cs. Psalm 92:4 was on yellow paper inside. Kathy's card was marbled pink. She layered mulberry paper and two squares with the sayings "I am a child of God" and "All Creatures great & small- The Lord God made them all". Sandy's card was Vellum. She embossed Lilies on the lower right edge and cut out just the right side. She bordered the top edge with gold embossed tape. The saying inside was "Let us give Thanks to the Risen Lord For His Glorious Gift of Life". The unknown card was a 3 dimensional card with a heart hanging from the center cut out heart sections. The saying was "Trust in the Lord with all Your Heart". I loved all of the cards. Thanks!
